The Good News of the Gospel cannot be preached to God's people without consideration of material needs such as finances, membership. physical plant, and present and future expansion of the parish. Because of this, the Finance Council serves the spiritual growth of the St. Francis parish community, and its work must be guided by the mission and vision of the parish.
