It would seem that with many here in Northern Virginia having received the vaccine and the news that children may soon be able to receive the vaccine, there may be some light at the end of this dark tunnel called COVID. It is good to see more and more of you coming back to Mass here in our beautiful church. This is all good news. With the start of Religious Education the church was more full than anytime in the last 18 months. The not-so-good news is that our Sunday collections have not fully recovered and we are facing financial challenges. Last week’s first collection was one of the lowest in two years, despite the increase in attendance. No pastor enjoys raising such topics, but together we are community and can turn this into good news! So, please be as generous as possible. The financial health of our parish depends on what you drop in the basket or give electronically. Thank you for reading. May God bless you.
