And so, the parish is interviewing to fill the job position of parish receptionist. The position is a full-time parish position (40 hours per week). Bilingual capability in English/Spanish is preferred. The primary job activity is admitting and greeting parish office visitors as well as answering in-coming parish telephone calls. The receptionist provide visitors and external phone callers with requested general parish information or direct them to the related ministry. In addition, the receptionist will be performing a variety of clerical tasks. The core hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
