Mission

We are a Catholic Church called to evangelize in a digital world. Our digital “footprint” is the website, our Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other social media pages. Our “channels” also include the bulletin, weekly eNews and Flocknote. Our “content” includes our people, events, and faith lived out through our liturgical celebrations and parish ministries. A picture is worth a thousand words.

From beginners to well experienced photographers. All are welcomed.

Goals

The goals of the Parish Photo Club and Ministry are simple:

Provide a ministry to support parish communications while giving parishioners an opportunity to be part of our outreach.

Show people how to use the everyday tools (mobile phones and cameras) we already have to capture the people and moments that make St. Francis of Assisi a welcoming and wonderful parish.

Be present at parish events, ministries and liturgies to capture the moments

To learn the craft of taking, framing, and processing digital images (and maybe even video!).
