Religious Education Online Registration Form

YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED PARISHIONER BEFORE registering for CFF (Children's
Faith Formation) classes.

Early registration fees for one child is $110, two children is $160, and three or more is $210.
After August 1st, registration fees will be $120 for one child; $170 for two children; and $220
for three or more children. The additional fees for Eucharist is $30 and for Confirmation is
$75. After completing your registration form, you will be redirected to make a secure,
electronic payment.

If you would like to be a Catechist, please indicate this in the General Remarks Section along
with what grade you would like to teach. The CFF fee is waived for catechists. Please contact

Sunday classes start September 8, 2024;
Thursday classes begin September 12, 2024.

Once registration is complete and payment is received, an email with your child's class
assignment and further instructions will be sent.
